The Brownstone Rental Inventory

(Inventory exclusive for Brownstone Couples)

The Brownstone offers a handpicked selection of unique rentals for our couples to utilize at the venue. 

Please note that these items may not be taken offsite and are not available to rent for use outside of our venue. We are continually updating our inventory and will update the site as we add items. It is also possible that items could be broken or accidentally taken by another wedding. We will do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but please note inventory may vary slightly. 

Pricing

All Access Event Design

All rental inventory & linens INCLUDED in the All Access Event Design package for Brownstone couples.

Linen Package

Includes linens for all tables and cloth napkins.

  • 0-100 guests : $350

  • 100-200 Guests : $650

A La Cart

If you are interested in just a few items, the price can be found in the description and will be billed separately after the cart is submitted and approved by Brownstone team.

Instructions: (Please read!)

  1. Review the inventory below and add the items you are interested in to your Wishlist. You will see them populate in your cart. 

  2. Submit your Wishlist letting us know that you are interested in utilizing our rental inventory for your big day. (We ask that you only complete the submission ONE TIME. Once you have submitted your form you will not be able to make changes.) 

  3. Once The Brownstone receives your final selections, we will add the selected items to your invoice.

  4. Your inventory selections must be submitted no later than 30 days before your event and paid.

  5. Rental inventory items will be available at the front of the barn when you arrive for your big day, ready for you and your team to utilize during decorating.

Inventory Categories

Arbors & Backdrops

This category includes large ceremony décor pieces such as our floral swing, arches and photo backdrops.

Table Décor

This category includes all of the items that can be borrowed for your guest tables and head table décor.

Individual Décor

This category includes items that do NOT come in multiples such as card boxes, guest book table décor etc.

Signage

This category includes all of the signage available including large welcome signs to table numbers.

Food & Beverage

This category includes food displays, chargers and other décor items approved for use with food.

Greenery & Florals

This category includes faux floral and garland options available.

Linens

This category includes color examples available for the linen package. These linens will either be banquet or round depending on your floor layout.

Furniture

This category includes large furniture or chairs available for use.
