Our team is dedicated to offering a premier, professional, and polished design process that is not only accessible but also affordable. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception, our professional wedding design team will make your planning process a breeze and be there to execute the plan.
How It Works
COLLABORATE
The Design process starts by filling out our Wedding Design form with all the details of your dream wedding and upload photos that inspire you.
Then, you will schedule a 1:1 call with our Brownstone Design Team who will curate a design just for you.
CREATE
A fully customized design board will be sent to you for review which includes designs for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
Once details are finalized, you will meet in person at The Brownstone where your designer will give you a pre-view of your big day! This is where rentals and designs will be finalized.
CELEBRATE
On the big day, you and your family can sit back, drink mimosas and let us set up!
Our team will manage the set up of your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception space.
Best of all, at the end of the evening (after your feet are tired from partying) we will box everything up and help put it in your car along with a hug of congratulations!

Comprehensive Design Boards
Visualize your big day with personalized execution boards, bursting with color and YOUR style. This unique visual guide defines your event aesthetic down to the finest detail. Share with your family, friends and other vendors so they can better understand your vision.
3,000+ Pieces of Décor + Linens
You will have access to 3,000+ pieces of rental décor that is owned and housed in The Brownstone.
You will also have the ability to select custom linen colors for ALL of your tables from cocktail hour to reception.

Let our design team take your vision and turn it in to a reality by setting up The Brownstone on your big day. Not only, will we set up the rental décor used from the Brownstone collection but also your own specialty pieces you bring in yourself!

Event Design is a service offered to Brownstone couples. It is perfect for a couple who doesn’t need a full wedding planner but wants to make sure their wedding looks like it was designed by a professional.
You meet 1:1 with a member of the Brownstone Design Team throughout the planning process to create your unique wedding design.
On the big day, The Brownstone Design team will be there to set up and tear down the décor.

About The Process
After chatting with you about your design style, and reviewing your inspiration boards for your big day, You will get a mood board with 2-3 options for your event.
From your digital boards, you can leave specific feedback on each item, chat with us directly and ultimately click straight through to purchase or rent any and all items when you are ready!
It’s All In The Details
Your event design package starts once the package has been paid in full.
In order to start the process, you must fill out the wedding design form then you will have the ability to book a 1:1 meeting with your designer.

Already have décor purchased? Have a family item or tradition you want included in your design?
No problem at all! We love incorporating personal items in our designs. We will just ask you to send us clear images of the items you want included so we can add them to the design.
On the big day, we will set up the unique decorations that you bring in!

You will get access to fill out the design form and start the process as soon as the invoice has been paid.
The Event Design process can go at your speed. After you have completed your questionnaire and initial design call, we ask for 14 days to create your design board.

All Brownstone Design Studio rentals are included in the packages. We will use as many of our rental items in your design as we can.
If we suggest any additional items in your design to help make it special to you, you will receive a shopping list with direct links to the products we suggest. All links go directly to items that can be purchased and shipped directly to you.
